Bayer currently employs around 2,200 people in Italy, with 3 production sites and turnover (sales) of approximately 1.42 billion euros*.

- Bayer S.p.A., which heads the activities in the field of human, seeds and animal health.
- Bayer HealthCare Manufacturing S.r.l. which produces and import special pharmaceuticals, as well as distributing biological medical products.
- Bayer CropScience S.r.l., which operates in the area of crop protection, gardening, environmental hygiene and sanitation
- Nunhems Italy S.r.l., seeds specialist company
Bayer in Italy is also the company with the most attractive image, according to 2,500 new graduates, coming second (56%) after the colossus Apple (74%)**. This is undoubtedly a very convincing calling card, clear evidence of the company’s undisputed leadership in its reference market, and of its great dynamism.
