Bayer decided to update and improve its approach to Talent Acquisition. In the short term, we will increasingly try to rely on our experience for selection activities. This innovative approach will be supported by a new tool that will make easier to manage the Recruiting and OnBoarding processes.
After the success of the launch in the USA, China, Brazil and Germany, on the 9th of January 2019 the GoLive also took place in Italy.
With this new approach we also added the Sourcing activity, which will allow to actively approach candidates and consequently to build talent pools and speed up the selezion process.
