Administration Talent Acquisition Associate (m/f)

Your tasks and responsibilities

An exciting new opportunity has arisen within Bayer HR department. We offer an interesting opportunity to become one of Talent Acquisition Associates joining our HR Operations team based in Milan.

This role will be the conjunction pivot of HR Operations Team with the Talent Management Team. In addition, this role will be responsible with the  management of HR SAP ensuring data accuracy.Here are the key responsibilities we do on a daily basis to make sure things are running smoothly:

 

  • Posting Job positions through company ATS
  • Tracking and monitoring all the applications via Bayer system (SAP Success Factor)
  • CV screening and plan all the interviews
  • Manage all documentations for interviews like candidate data (CV, Questionnaire interview, etc.)
  • Providing feedback to candidates, plans and organize all the medical examinations,
  • Prepare Offer and Contract letters
  • Manage back office activities
  • Data maintenance and internal control check on SAP for new hired people
  • Provide feedbacks to applicants via Bayer system
  • Prepare personal folders for new hired people by collecting all the documentations
  • Prepare and send communications both to labor institutions and Bayer channel
  • Provide an high level of interaction with internal functions ( eg. IT,HSE, Fleet Management…) and strong customer orientation for Hiring Manager and candidates

 

Who you are

  • BS/BA in Law, Management or Human Resources
  • 1+ years of work experience in HR administration field
  • Good level of written/oral English
  • Knowledge of administrative activities and law implications related to recruiting tasks (e.g. communications to labor institutions)
  • Advanced knowledge of SAP HR module. Success Factor knowledge desirable
  • Experience of managing high volume recruitment campaigns
  • Good Italian employment law knowledge is preferable
  • Demonstrates very effective listening, questioning and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic team and in a fast paced business environment
  • Customer focus (internal and external)
  • Ability to collaborate with different levels of the organization
  • Strong organization and administration skills
