Technical Sales Representative Modena (m/f)

We are looking for Technical Sales Representative within Crop Science division. The right candidate is able to represent on the territory through the performance of commercial activities and technical consultancy the image of the Company towards customers and other stakeholders related to the business.
YOUR RESPONSABILITIES
- Realization of sales of agropharmaceuticals and seeds for the area of competence and development of “Agriculture 4.0 “ tools
- Creation of demand for the sale of crop protection products and seeds through technical and commercial support activities for the realization of the assigned objectives
- Organization and implementation of events for the support and launch of products (e.g. meetings, outdoor and indoor meetings, demonstration camps)
- Ensuring adequate information on market trends and gathering useful company news through company tools
- Implementation of the company's defined business policy
- Realization of product goals, carrying out, where necessary, corrective measures to achieve them
- Ensuring the technical positioning of products and their commercial development
- Agreement on the terms of discount and payment with the customer, possibly also providing for subsequent collections
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in agriculture or equivalent qualification with 2 or more years of experience
- Previous experience in the role is appreciated
- Good knowledge of the Office package
- Predisposition to contact with customers
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Problem solving skills
- Propensity to work in a team
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary context and to deal with complexities
- At least basic knowledge of English and mother tongue Italian
